- arguing that the particular interpretation of privacy in Roe vs. Wade
underlies many subsequent decisions that aren't about abortion. MJ
primarily talks about decisions affecting sexuality and gender
relations, but also mentions autonomy for mental health patients, the
right to die, patient privacy, and even control over personal data.
I'd be interested to know from the lawyers on the IP list whether they
agree, and what the impact might be on the computer/internet-related
stuff we usually talk about.
